We grill half of the peppers before fermentation in this one to bring out a nice fruitiness to the peppers. Though the mildest of our four mainstays, it still has a kick with jalapenos and serranos, and has a rich pepper flavor you can put on anything!

All of our hot sauces are lacto-fermented, hence no additives or artificial preservatives…just peppers, vinegar, and salt!
