This green is wonderful both raw and cooked. It is a wonderful spinach alternative and has an even better nutritional profile. Use in salad, stir fry, soup, sauté, in eggs…anything you can do with spinach you can do with tatsoi! All of our produce is Certified Naturally Grown, no herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and all non-GMO.

This item is available for Farm Pickup on Tuesdays between 8am and 8pm only. Produce orders must be placed before end of day Sunday for your Tuesday pickup.
